Pre-launch checklist

Use before promoting the app widely or onboarding a new club.

Product

• Live app reachable: cricket-local-v5-1.onrender.com
• Home club confirm + lock works for signed-in users
• Fixtures / Results / Live load for sample clubs (e.g. Lullington, Dunstall)
• Hall of Fame shows current week after Sunday job or manual publish
• Availability bootstrap + sheet import (if club uses a sheet)
• Captain role locked for known captains; admin unlock home club ready

Ops

• Render persistent disk (CRICKET_DATA_DIR) mounted
• Weekly cron key matches weekly-update-config.php
• Play-Cricket API token configured
• Clerk production keys on live
• Contact form monitored (admin email not shown on the public site)

Promo site

• All “Use the App Now” buttons point only to the live Render URL
• Admin password changed from demo default in js/config.js
• Privacy / Play-Cricket disclaimer visible in footer
